1. Decide what the website is for

Check the countdown, tap the map, send yourself an RSVP. Then send the link to one friend before you send it to everyone.

7. Share it where guests will find it

Put the link on your save-the-dates as a QR code, send it in a single message with the date in the first line, and add it to the paper invitation if you print one. Guests will open it three or four times before the day — the week the invitation arrives, the month before, and the morning of the wedding to check the address.

Nothing beyond the template, if you buy one. The Canva free tier publishes websites, and a custom domain is optional. Any tool that asks for a monthly fee to keep a wedding website online is charging you for something Canva does for free.
