Standard sizes run from US 2 to 16 (EU 32 to 46). Plus sizes run from 16W to 22W (EU 46 to 52). The bodice and sleeves are closely fitted and the skirt is very full, so choose your size from your bust and waist measurements. The mid-calf length is given for the standard height.
