What are the delivery times?
Every gown is prepared to order, then shipped with a tracking number. Allow 7 to 14 business days depending on the style. Shipping is complimentary, everywhere. Plan ahead - order at least 2 months before your big day, so you keep time for fittings and alterations.
Taxes and duties are included. We settle import VAT and customs duties before your parcel ships, so nothing is ever asked of you on delivery.
How do I choose my size?
Every gown is made to your measurements. On the gown page, choose your usual US size as a base, then give us five measurements: bust, waist, hips, hollow to floor and the heel height you will wear. Your gown is cut to them exactly. If in doubt, write to us with your measurements and we will advise you personally.
Should I plan for alterations?
Because the gown is cut to your measurements, alterations are rarely needed. As with any wedding gown, a final visit to a seamstress for the hem is sometimes wise: plan it three to four weeks before the day. Expect roughly €40 to €100 depending on the alteration.
Can I return or exchange my gown?
A gown ordered in a standard size, like every accessory, comes with the full 14-day right of withdrawal: tell us within 14 days of delivery and send it back unworn, in its original packaging. Only a gown cut from measurements you supply is a personalised item, excluded from that right — we say so on the product page before you pay. Write to us either way: we reply within 24 hours and walk you through it.
Is payment secure?
Yes. You pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) through Shopify's encrypted checkout, processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Order tracking page, which details every stage from dispatch to your doorstep.
Do you offer veils, capes and accessories?
Yes — veils, hooded capes, boleros, shawls and gloves are chosen to sit beautifully with our gowns.
How can I contact you?
By email, or through the Contact page, seven days a week. We reply within 24 hours — often far sooner. For any question about an order in progress, please include your order number.
