- Choosing a size or a silhouette — tell us your measurements and your wedding date, and we advise you before you order.
- An order in progress — quote your order number; we can still change the delivery address as long as the parcel has not left.

- A damaged or incorrect item — send photographs of the item and of its packaging and we settle it at our expense.

A word on security
We will never ask you, by email or by telephone, for your full card number, your card security code or your banking passwords. Please never send them to us.
