Making and delivery
Every gown is made to order to your measurements. Count two to four weeks between your order and delivery. Shipping is complimentary worldwide, with a tracking link sent by email as soon as the gown leaves the atelier.
Customs and duties
Within the European Union there are no additional fees. Outside the EU, local duties or taxes may be requested by the carrier on delivery; they remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns and exchanges
Because each gown is cut for you alone, it cannot be resold: returns are accepted only in case of a defect or an error on our side. Write to us within 7 days of delivery with a few photographs, and we will make it right, at our expense.
Accessories
Veils, capes, gloves and bouquets that have not been worn can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. The return cost is at your expense unless the item is defective.
