Making and delivery
Every gown is prepared to order — in a standard size, or cut to the measurements you give us. Allow 7 to 14 business days between your order and delivery. Shipping is complimentary and tracked to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Switzerland, with a tracking link sent by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier.
Customs and duties
The price you pay at checkout is the final price, wherever you live. Within the European Union there are no additional fees; outside the EU we settle import VAT and customs duties ourselves before your parcel ships, and nothing is ever asked of you on delivery.
Returns and exchanges
A gown ordered in a standard size is covered by the full 14-day right of withdrawal, like every accessory: tell us within 14 days of delivery and send it back unworn, in its original packaging. Only a gown cut from measurements you supply is a personalised item, excluded from that right under Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU — we say so on the product page and in your order confirmation, before any payment is taken. In every case, a defect, a damaged delivery or an error on our side is repaired, replaced or refunded at our expense: write to us with a few photographs. None of this affects the two-year legal guarantee of conformity, which covers every item we sell.
Accessories
Veils, capes, gloves and bouquets that have not been worn can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. The return cost is at your expense unless the item is defective.
