Standard sizes run from US 2 to 16 (EU 32 to 46). Plus sizes run from 16W to 20W (EU 46 to 50). The draped bodice is fitted and the skirt is very full, so choose your size from your bust and waist measurements. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
