A gown ordered in a standard size, like every accessory, comes with the full 14-day right of withdrawal: tell us within 14 days of delivery and send it back unworn, in its original packaging. Only a gown cut from measurements you supply is a personalised item, excluded from that right — we say so before you pay. In every case, a defect or an error on our side is repaired, replaced or refunded at our expense. A question about size before ordering? Write to us: we reply within 24 hours. What if the size is wrong? Standard sizes and accessories can be returned within 14 days. Between two sizes, take the larger one: an alteration is always easier.
